I have so much to write about, yesterday and today, but tonight I'm tired, and emotional because yesterday visiting the houses of some of the wheelchair recipients was extremely difficult, and then today I had to say goodbye to my host family for the first week that I was here and it was terribly difficult as well. It is amazing how quickly I have grown to love the Lozano family, Bruno, Giselle (parents) and their son Matais (7) and Anaflavia (3) and of course their crazy 5 month old puppy Junior. They have been so extremely kind, generous, and loving to me in the week I was there, and even though there were language difficulties, we were able to build a wonderful bond with our Lord as the center of it. It always amazes me how God can make these things that seem so difficult work out so beautifully in the end.....This is how I am going to continue to view this journey that He has put me on. Tonight, I am in my new home, the home of the Cooley's, Robert and Becky. They are missionaries from the US, members of my cousin, Sean's church in Connecticut (he is the pastor there). We had a great meal together with their daughter Kelsey, son in law Ricky and their 2 kids. Anyway, I will be signing off now, so that I can go to sleep, but promise to write more tomorrow. Thank you for your continued prayers. I know they continue to keep me strong emotionally, physically, and spiritually.
In HIM!!!
